Dear Global Indoor Health Network BOD Members,
 
Thank you for correcting the erred statistic within the information your organization, (GIHN), is promoting to the public and to policy makers that it is scientifically established poor indoor air quality (IAQ) causes 50% of illnesses, globally.  Poor IAQ is no doubt a massive health problem. Better public and worker health policies need to be implemented to protect the health and safety of US citizens and workers; and the population around the globe.
 
Correctly stating statistics is of the utmost importance so as not to give the “naysayers of causation” a discrediting weapon to be used against the environmentally injureds’ advocates, physicians and scientists in courts and when setting policies.  Providing decision makers with accurate statistics and information will aid to cause appropriate changes in policies.
 
The new video that GIHN has released, “Global Burden of Indoor Air Contaminants“, with now accurate statistics and accurate source references is beautiful work.  It will now add to, rather than detract from, the credibility and Calls to Action of the environmentally injured and their medical, scientific and lay proponents.
 
On behalf of the environmentally injured and their proponents, thank you for the needed corrections and for compiling the alarming data that may be cited by all with confidence in accuracy when calling for change over this issue.

Dr. Tadros exposed that the San Diego county courts are using bogus expert opinion in family court by an “expert” psychologist who lacks education and credentials but has been certified by the American College of Forensic Examiners International (ACFEi).  Many children have been taken from parents for fun and profit in the county based on the bogus opinion with the local courts, particularly the local appellate court, and local District Attorney (DA) concealing their role in aiding and abetting the unlawful matter. 
 
Not only did they not stop the fraud on the court that Dr. Tadros exposed; they have tried to shoot the messenger, Dr. Tadros, in order to keep the profitable game going and to conceal the local courts’/DA’s role in aiding and abetting it.  Dr. Tadros has been ordered by the courts to pay over $200K for asking that they stop the scientific fraud on the court.

It is basically the same method of using scientific fraud in the courts that these same compromised judges and justices are aiding and abetting to harm YOU while shielding bogus court expert opinions over the mold issue that is used to deny liability for causation of illness. The scientific fraud that harms you was legitimized by the American College of Occupational & Environmental Medicine (ACOEM) in 2002 and mass marketed to the courts by the US Chamber of Commerce in 2003.
 
This same little band of corrupt San Diego judiciaries are trying to shoot your messenger, Sharon Kramer, of fraud on the court by questionable experts who have been unduly legitimized by questionable means, and by the compromised officers of the courts and their clerks, themselves.  They framed this whistle blower for libel for the words, “altered his under oath statements” in the first public writing of how the scientific fraud came to be policy for the purpose of misleading courts, thereby casting doubt on all her words.  They put her in jail when she refused to be coerced into signing a false confession of libel to aid them to conceal their role in defrauding the public.  They falsified her Sheriff Department and FBI record to conceal what they have done.

These judiciaries and clerks, some of whom sit in leadership roles for the entire California judicial branch, need to be taken off the bench, out of office and put behind bars themselves for their collusive criminal misconduct. 
 
The local DA also needs to be held accountable for her role in concealing, aiding and gaining unfair advantage in San Diego courts over county citizens she chooses to prosecute – by her cover up of the local courts’ defrauding the public in San Diego county and thus nationwide via her concealment of known fraud on the court by officers of the court. This, while elected and appointed officials locally and from coast to coast turn a blind eye in deliberate indifference.

Dec 20th~Advocacy Group GIHN Again! Promotes False Science “50% of all illness is due to poor indoor air quality”

Utterly amazing! We just acknowledged yesterday that Global Indoor Health Network (GIHN) modified their position statement regarding overblown, statistical misinformation of illnesses caused by poor indoor air quality.  They removed a scientific fraud from the theme of the paper that it is statistically proven “indoor air pollutants cause 50% of illnesses globally“.
 
So what did they do today? They put it back out there again! The title of new document the president of GIHN emailed out today is “50% of all illness is due to poor indoor air quality”
 
Now, this statistic no longer comes from Ghana, Africa or from a US EPA spokesman (after those were exposed as two false sources for the outrageous statistic).  Now this “hard statistic” allegedly comes from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1989. 
 
The GIHN paper emailed today,  “50% of all illness is due to poor indoor air quality“, links to many Internet sites which attribute the source of this statistic in error of the 1989 Massachusetts paper.  However, the GIHN email glaringly does not link to the actual 1989 misquoted source for the statistic that all of these websites cite for reference.  Nor does the new GIHN paper emailed today, quote from the actual 1989 source which in reality states,
 
“Indoor air pollution is a growing problem in the United States and accounts for up to 50% of all illnesses.”
 
So how is above statement a hard statistic which proves  “50% of all illness is due to poor indoor air quality” worldwide?  Answer:  It’s not!  Its puffery just like the prior false references that were removed by the authors and Board of Directors via a revised version of the 2012 GIHN position paper.
 
Why does the president of this organization keep promoting the false concept that is it statistically proven poor IAQ causes half the world’s illnesses?  Is GIHN trying to help those who say severe illnesses are overstated and imaginary while trying to aid affiliates of the US Chamber of Commerce to stave off liability for illnesses?  We don’t think they are, but they could not do a better job of helping the naysayers to discredit the sick and their proponents if they were trying to do so. 
 
As used by the defense in toxic torts to character assasinate the sick, injured, their proponents and treating physicians, the US Chamber of Commerce’s “A Scientific View of the Health Effects of Mold” (2003) states,
 
“Thus the notion toxic mold is an insidious secret killer as so many trial lawyers and media reports would claim is Junk Science unsupported by actual scientific study.” 
 
It IS Junk Science based on media reports unsupported by actual scientific study to promote it is statistically proven poor IAQ causes half of all illnesses in the the entire world (50%).  We have been trying to warn people not to quote this known false statistic because it will lessen their credibility as they state and provide documentation of how sick they are from biocontaminants in water damaged buildings.  
 
After several received GIHN’s latest email today with the false 50% statistic again being promoted; below are some of the messages we received from scientists, who are working to advance the understanding that poor IAQ is a cause serious illness –but not proven to be the No. 1 cause of illness in the entire world as GIHN’s president is again attempting to promote and based solely on media hype.  
 
“It may fool laypersons but has no standing in the scientific community.”
 
“…imbalances swamp any pathetic attempt..to achieve any significance in the community of people who actually know something about indoor mold illnesses.” 
 
“There is no link to any Massachusetts study. ?”

“They should know better.”

It is a crying shame that the President of GIHN cannot resist using puffery, scientific fraud and media hype to promote her position, even after her Board of Directors and position statement authors took direct effort to remove it from their revised position paper.  By doing so, she is casting doubt on the validity of years of research and toil of many who have worked diligently to remove the concept from policy and from the courts that those claiming illness from poor IAQ are hysterical liars who are just out to scam insurers and employers.  This would include years of work by her own BOD members and authors of the GIHN position paper.

The vast majority of the research in the Revised GIHN Position Paper appears to be valid science that is supported by legitimate reference. Yet, GIHN’s president’s unexplained need to repeatedly spin the science based on known unfounded statistics and media hype is harming the credibility of the environmentally sick, their treating physicians and countless researchers, NOT helping them!

Someone needs to ask the President of GIHN why she keeps doing this!

GLOBAL INDOOR HEALTH NETWORK (GIHN) QUIETLY REMOVES SCIENTIFIC FRAUD FROM POSITION STATEMENT ~ WHERE’S OUR “THANK YOU” NOTE?

No mas on the embarassing and harmful “Call To Action Indoor Air Pollution Causes 50% Of Illnesses Globally” based on a flawed news article title out of Ghana (prior reference No 1 of the GIHN position statement); or “according to a United States (U.S.) Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) spokesman, indoor air pollution causes 50% of illnesses globally” – based on no reference whatsoever. Now it appears to be a valid paper, with legitimate references and does not discredit the credibility and work of some of our finest environmental physicians. 
 
To be clear: there is no scientific study that states indoor air pollution is the No.1 cause of illness on the planet (50% of all illness).    There was a policy paper from Massachusettes in 1989 which states,  “Indoor air pollution is a growing problem in the United States and accounts for up to 50% of all illnesses”  GIHN has now changed their reference for the 50% quote to this paper.”
 
So far, we at Katy’s have received no thank you note from the GIHN president or any of the listed authors/board members for bringing the prior, serious breach of science and ethics to their attention.  Nor do we expect we ever will, since publicly outting the org’s president for unethical misconduct was the ONLY way to make it change.  (See prior post “Spinning Science ~GIHN ~ With Friends Like This What Mold Injured Person Needs Enemies?”)
 
After two and a half years of witnessing (and being the victim of) less than stellar behavior by their self promoting president, why should we expect ethical conduct from her now? Or expect an apology for prior misconduct which has made it a thousand times harder for us to expose the US Chamber’s/ ACOEM’s/ Manhattan Institute’s/ Veritox’s/ Congress’s and CA courts’s collusive roles in aiding unscientific naysaying of causation of illness in court and policy? And made it a THOUSAND TIMES HARDER on Sharon Kramer and her family for daring to speak the truth? 
 
WE”D LIKE AND DESERVE A PUBLIC APOLOGY AND THANK  YOU FROM GIHN, WHICH WOULD HELP US SHUT DOWN THE DECEIT ONCE AND FOR ALL AND HELP STOP THE CALIFORNIA COURTS FROM HARASSING SHARON – BUT WE DOUBT WE WILL SEE ONE – AS DECEIT AND FRAUD ON THE CA COURT BY OFFICERS OF THE COURTS, CONTINUES TO HARM ALL MOLD INJURED  BY AIDING THE CONTINUANCE OF SCIENTIFIC FRAUD IN US COURTS, POLICIES AND CLAIMS HANDLING PRACTICES – NATIONWIDE, OVER THE MOLD ISSUE.
 
 
So basically, we are saying the GIHN paper now appears to be  valid and we are thankful for this for the authors’ reputations and credibility. But for good reason we still think GIHN leadership is unethical, a little too slick for our taste and a detriment to stopping fraud in policy over this issue which continues to harm those injured by contaminants in water damaged buildings.  Coal in some stockings this year would still seem appropriate!

REMINDER: 10 Point Check List For Those Already Filmed By Lawless America For Congressional Testimony

We received notification of what we need to do to help Lawless America with their mission to bring accountability to U.S. courts.  So we’re making our list and checkin’ it twice to help them prove who’s been naughty, not nice!  Thought this 10 point check list might help others, too.

Go to www.YouTube.com/lawlessamerica, and search for our Congressional Testimony video.  If it has been posted, review it.  Then SEND AN EMAIL to Nobodies@att.net with the subject in all caps: “VIDEO REVIEW”.  Advise in our email if our video appears to be okay.  It should start with our name.  Name should be spelled correctly in the YouTube listing.  Note if there are any errors (weak audio, gaps of silence or Bill speaking off camera, etc.)

3. VERIFY our video is properly listed. If we find our name on the Movie Listing Page, add anything that we would like Congress to have the ability to access after they see our video.  We can add photos, links to videos, pdf files, Word files, etc.  Note that members of Congress and our state’s legislators will all be provided with a CD that will hyperlink our name to our Movie Listing Page, so we want as much information as possible here.

6.
