Mold Toxins Tied to AIDS Epidemic NYT

“In high doses, aflatoxins can be deadly. A 2004 outbreak in Kenya killed 125 people; samples of moldy corn had up to 8,000 parts per billion. Regular exposure to low doses can cause liver cancer.

The authors suggested that aflatoxins either contribute proteins that help H.I.V. reproduce or somehow lessen the numbers of the white blood cells that the virus targets, making its attack on the immune system more potent.”

Yet another A Ha! We told you so!  Writer Celia Farber and Professor Duesenberg of Berkeley have been saying for years that environmental factors, not the HIV virus itself, is the primary cause of full blown AIDS (Acquired Immune Dysfuction Syndrome) in Africa.  For this, they were horrifically attacked by their alleged “peer” whistleblowers of sham peer review and by “advocates” for those suffering from AIDS.  

Coming at it from the misinformation on the Toxic Mold side of the issue, self professed expert researcher of both Toxic Mold and AIDS, Dr. Andrew Saxon from UCLA, is named as co-author of a 2003 paper for the US Chamber’s Institute for Legal Reform & Manhattan Institute’s Center for Legal Policy claiming to scientifically prove, “Thus the notion that toxic mold is an insidious secret killer as so many media reports and trial lawyers would claim is junk science unsupported by actual scientific study.”  The paper was released on July 17, 2003 via a fanfare presentations in Washington DC. It is titled “A Scientific View of the Health Effects of Mold“.

Besides the obvious of mass marketing scientific fraud on behalf of commerce; of equal concern is that under their bylaws the Regents of the University of California would have been compensated for this US Chamber paper allegedly co-authored by Toxic Mold/AIDS “expert”, Dr. Saxon, if he really authored it. His stated co-authors from Veritox, Inc., Bruce Kelman and Bryan Hardin, were compensated for the paper.  Dr. Saxon claims under oath that he was not, that he did not co-author it and had not even read it by 2006 which is three years after its publication.

The Regents are aware and have been since no later than 2010 of the US Chamber’s “Scientific View of the Health Effects of Mold” carrying the UC imprimatur via Dr. Saxon; and of it being used in mold litigations to deny liability for causation of infant deaths in US “toxic mold” litigation. (Where Mr. Kelman just happened to be testifying as an expert witness for the defense)

This, while the Regents have also been receiving government funds for Dr. Saxon and others to research AIDS, according to additional under oath statements made by Dr. Saxon in 2004.  Dr. Saxon and the Veritox owners are prolific expert defense witnesses in mold litigations.  Veritox has served as experts for the U.S. Department of Justice against military families made ill from mold, toxins and other biocontaminants found in moldy military housing.

WE TOLD YOU they were well connected liars and that there are criminal acts occurring in California, including by leading judiciaries and clerks, to shield them and the scientific fraud that harms the world, with lots of money involved!  We are not shutting up until these criminal acts are acknowleged by the US government, punishment for conspiring to defraud occurs, and the scientific fraud of “Thus the notion that toxic mold is an insidious secret killer as so many media reports and trial lawyers would claim is junk science unsupported by actual scientific study.” is GONE from the world!
