On April 5th, he falsified the sheriff department record to conceal what he had done. On June 8th, he is going to do it again with the evidence of what he did being the alleged evidence that Kramer is in contempt of court for letting it be known that the court is colluding with Kelman & Scheuer to defraud the public and trying everything possible to silence Kramer. SHE FEARS FOR HER SAFETY.

          1. On March 9, 2012, the Honorable Thomas P. Nugent “INSTANT JUDGE” stated to me in open court that I had to sign a document which contains the sentence, “I do not believe Dr. Kelman committed perjury” or report to the Las Colinas Women s Detention Center for five days of incarceration. We at Katy’s posess the direct evidence that California’s judicial branch is out of control and severely compromised at it’s helm.    We can prove they are conspiring by criminal means to defraud the California and US public.  We can prove they are even willing to unlawfully incarcerate California citizens as they attempt to conceal the mass corruption.  They can’t do it alone.  It requires the help of trial court judges and appellate court justices. We are dead serious with these statements.  What is even more disgusting is how many people know it, including California government officials, yet choose to turn a blind eye.

“Because of the magnitude of the fraud, the positions of many involved (including ex Chair of the Commission on Judicial Performance & ex Chair of the Executive Committee of the Judicial Council); and my first hand knowledge that INSTANT JUDGE has no qualms of causing BODILY HARM or attempting to deem someone mentally incompetent to conceal the evidence of his and others’ misconduct; I state now that I am gravely concerned for Mr. Shapiro’s physical safety should INSTANT JUDGE have the ability to tamper with my witness, Mr. Shapiro, and the ability to cause him bodily harm and false imprisonment by keeping jurisdiction over SHAPIRO v. CITY OF CARLSBAD.

The United States government and private sector industries who have been generating substantial income from over vaccinating America’s children need to fess up.� The reality is that they do monotoxicity mechanistic research studies – meaning they apply vaccines to rodents one vaccine at a time to determine a “safe” dose�- and profess this means multiple vaccines are safe without taking into account the toxic overload from too many vaccines in too short of period of time.

Autism in the United States has increased over the past 15 plus years at an alarming rate while government feigns ignorance and innocence�of their contributing to the problem by not doing proper research of how many vaccines a child can tolerate in a short period of time before symptoms indicative of toxiticy, aka autism, manifest in the children.

Union of Concerned Scientists Launch Center For Science & Democracy

“In today’s hyper-partisan political environment, the public and decision makers often ignore independent science and technical analysis in favor of assertions from ideologues and thinly veiled spokespeople for powerful vested interests.

This trend toward deliberate misinformation and neglect of science not only threatens the principles of transparency and accountability on which our democracy is based, but it often puts the health and safety of Americans at risk.

To help meet this grave challenge, the Union of Concerned Scientists is launching the Center for Science and Democracy  to strengthen the American democracy by restoring the essential role of science, evidence-based decision making, and constructive debate as a means to improve the health, security, and prosperity of all Americans.

UCS will launch the new Center for Science and Democracy at two events that will feature interactive panel discussions with leading thinkers on the role science plays in a functioning democracy.  RSVP to watch the East Coast or West Coast launch events. 

A cornerstone of the Center for Science and Democracy will be the Lewis M. Branscomb Science and Democracy Forum. Senate Republicans call on EPA to put controversial chemical assessments on hold

…”In light of a recent National Academy of Sciences (NAS) report that criticized how U.S. EPA evaluates chemical toxicity levels, two Republicans on the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee have called on the agency to suspend its assessments of all chemicals ‘where serious concerns have been raised.’

In a letter to EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson yesterday, Sens. James Inhofe (R-Okla.) and David Vitter (R-La.) said the NAS review of the agency’s formaldehyde risk assessment raised significant questions about the agency’s methodologies.

‘You have repeatedly stated that ‘sound science’ is the basis for all agency action,’ the senators wrote. ‘This is clearly not the case as the NAS report has shown.’

The senators said ‘several high-profile chemicals that the agency’s Integrated Risk Information System (IRIS) is currently reviewing — including the water contaminant hexavalent chromium and several fuel additives — should be ‘temporarily stopped.’

‘It might be prudent,’ they wrote, ‘to go directly to NAS to have the assessment work completed.’

The Republicans letter echoes concerns from the chemical industry. Last month, the American Chemistry Council sent EPA a letter calling for significant changes to the IRIS process including submitting all risk assessments to NAS for review.

Chemical watchdogs note that submitting all IRIS assessments to NAS would cost the agency millions of dollars. They also say that putting controversial toxicity evaluations on hold would further delay an already lengthy process”
