As of September 7-11, 2016 a Gallup Poll showed only 12% of those polled had a “great deal” of trust in the Judicial Branch, 37% had “none at all” or “not very much” and only 49% had a “fair amount.”
The Judicial Branch functions on the public’s perception of its integrity and freedom from corruption.
Lack of Integrity and Judicial Corruption manifest through bias, “bribery”, conflicts of interest, financial investments or transactions, undisclosed campaign contributions or loans to a judge’s judicial campaign by a party to the litigation, and other violations of law or Canons of Judicial Ethics.
The underlying issue of the 2016 election is lack of integrity, judicial corruption and its effect on each and every voter. Each party platform spoke of changing the criminal justice system, but neither attacked the cause for change, i.e. lack of judicial integrity and judicial corruption.
Sooner or later, almost all of the issues discussed in the 2016 election campaign will be before either the federal or a state Judicial Branch. Unless the Judicial Branch is perceived to possess integrity and be free of corruption, the issues and promises of the 2016 election will be meaningless.
Selecting Supreme Court nominees for political beliefs was discussed in the 2016 campaigns, but once selected, the Supreme Court justices continue to be able to avoid disqualifying themselves when a conflict of interest arises, neither the parties or the country will receive a fair hearing.
Political campaigns at the Presidential, Senate, House of Representatives, state and municipal levels ignored the underlying problem of lack of integrity and judicial corruption.
With a close election and candidates needing every vote, voters have the power to demand judicial integrity be restored and judicial corruption end.
Before November 8, 2016, voters demand by e-mail, letter, petition, telephone and at each candidate speech or gathering, each Presidential, Senate, House and state candidate pledge to introduce and support legislation to:

end judicial corruption;
-
restore judicial integrity by restricting absolute judicial immunity to be available only to the judge’s legal reasoning of the judge’s decision being appealed and removing all other functions or collateral circumstances such as malice or bias which contributed to such decision;

restore judicial integrity by ending quasi judicial immunity; and
-
restore judicial integrity by removing judges from deciding their own or other judges’ disqualification motions.
Together, voters will restore judicial integrity and end judicial corruption with the 2016 election.

This is one reason to vote on Citizens United, to get big money out of politics. Those on SCOTUS, who voted for unlimited amounts of money to be used in our elections should be removed.These are the conservative” like Scalia. and most of the SCOTUS judges are worth many millions through Wall st. investments, They sold us out. just as CA. judges and legislators have. If anything, honor and ethics need to be restored and anything that even appears to be a conflict with any court justice needs to be treated as a reason for automatic removal of any that sits on the bench. We’ve been taken over by faschists mentality in this country where when the justices can be bought to render justice for corporations only is anything but justice in this country for its citizens.
Ask those who serviced themselves in countries like in SO. America in the 60’s, 70’s and came back into this country to spread the faschists ideology should be charged with treason. One who did this was ex-ceo-president of kaiser, 1986-2002, David Lawrence a pediatric M.D. should be first on the list, anything to make money off of denying real medical care to patients and employees, promoting “medical based evidence” to med students that either are born here or are brought to this country, ALL to keep U.S. citizens from real medical care, all for profit. The NIxon tapes proves that the kaiser family members with it’s representatives could make more money with less care, 1972.. We as a country has been overtaken by those who have no allegiance to this country or its people but who have dared to take any or all of money by denying us the basic access to medical care to spread its fashcists ideology on how to make money by getting rid of people. This kaiser KARE principle is permeated in all aspects of our health care system, including non profits like the CDC and perhaps the very egregiousness of it all, includes the health care system in the Veterans Administration, for the care of our veterans. The DOD is ultimately responsible via the “unions” to deny our vets what they rightfully deserve after getting sick or hurt while at war that is only profit for the war mongers who invest in wars via Wall St.. The unions have been screwing their members for years and SEIU is on the top OF THE heap OF collecting membership dues but not representing the members but using the dues money to spread the fashists cancer that has shredded our country apart.
This cancerous fashists ideology is far deep and wide, in all of our country’s fabric and democracy’s way of life.
THERE ARE MANY WAYS TO KILL PEOPLE SILENTLY AND MUCH OF IT IS THROUGH THE MEDICAL BASED EVIDENCE TAUGHT IN MEDICAL SCHOOLS AS WELL AS TO LONG TIME EXISTING MEDICAL DOCTORS AND ONE WAY THAT THIS IS PROVEN TODAY HAS BEEN WITH THE DENIALS OF MEDICAL CARE FOR THOSE EXPOSED TO MOLD.
IT IS ON THE LIST WITH ASBESTOS, RADIATION POISONING, DEPLETED URANIUM, AGENT ORANGE 1 & 2 BEING SOME OF THE MOST DEADLIEST TO HUMAN KIND.
MOST OF THESE are spread on purpose to diminish the .U.S. population. ICF Kaiser knows about this because it knows how to spread deadly toxins via waste management. Till this day, no one really knows where Henry J. Kaiser really came from but suffice it to say, kaiser is a mutli- national and international federal contractor, since the 1920’s, all on taking our federal, state & patient money to spread its filth to use it to and for population control.
Kaiser is now in China selling “TEA”. Sometimes the most obvious (like the nose on your face) IS the not the most obvious because we’ve been lied to via our courts & legislative & media spin where words are nothing but empty platitudes, nothing with substance or context, This is how the nazi’s got to kill millions and make plenty of money that went into their Swiss bank accounts.

It is time to not only wake up but time to fight back those who dare to do the most harm under the guise of ” medical base evidence”. VOTE with all of your might, because you and your family’s life and way of life, depends on it. AND demand that our legislators represent us and NOT THE corporations who have been bankrolling these whores. Vote on Citizens United TOO..
Anytime congress wants proof, we got it, on how kaiser and its other corporate friends with legislators and yes even those in the courts, stole and harmed.
