October 25, 2010, COMPLAINT filed with local DA, the Commission on Judicial Performance for ten San Diego Judges and Justices – including the Presiding Justice of the Fourth District Division One Appellate Court who is the Chair of the California Commission on Judicial Performance – for aiding and abetting interstate insurance fraud adverse to public health and safety, by their collective failure to stop strategic litigation carried out by criminal means by an author of “environmental” policy for the US Chamber of Commerce with reckless disregard for the public’s interest or for upholding the First Amendment of the Constitution. (“Complaint” link takes a minute to open) Complaint to State Bar for assisting in insurer fraud by its failure to discipline a rouge California licensed attorney.
Plainly stated:

    Katy,

    I should also add, that Dr. Kelman attempted to force me to endorse his “science” after defeating the anti-SLAPP motion by perjury used to create a fititious reason for my purported malice for him. I refused to be forced into endorsing his science. Too many lives at stake for me to do so.     Dear Katy,

    Thank you so much for helping us to get the word out. For six years I have been working to expose how it is no accident that our government just can’t seem to understand why thousands of people are begging for help because they are sick, losing their jobs, their homes and their health from moldy buildings. It does not require a degree in rocket science to understand that changes in construction standards meant to promote energy efficiency coupled with the use of new, manmade materials that easily wick water; have caused our buildings here in the US to act as giant petri dishes, perfect for fungi and bacteria to grow when water is added. Nor does it require a degree in rocket science to understand how expensive this situation has been for those who own, manage, build and insure these buildings when people become seriously sick.

    I am absolutely appauled and disgusted with the State of California for aiding and abetting the cover up of this fact – while politicians on both sides of the isle smile in your face as they stab you in the back on behalf of the financial interests of the affiliates of the US Chamber of Commerce.

    When judicuaries aid with the cover up, I don’t know what country they think they live in, but I live in the democracy of the United States of America; where perjury while strategically litigating to silence a whistleblower is still criminal – even if one is an author of “environmental” policy for the US Chamber of Commerce – even if this “environmental” policy carries the name “University of California” in credentialed endorsement of this fraud perpetrated on the US public.
