Join the Citizen Patriots Who Have Declared “The Chamber Does Not Represent Me!”
We hold these truths to be self-evident …
That when corporations and Chambers of Corporations become destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to publicize the Chamber’s destructive behaviors.
To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world:
- The Chamber has blocked state laws including those to hold BP accountable for the worst oil spill in U.S. history. And the Chamber and King Tom have urged that American taxpayers pay for the British Petroleum Gulf disaster.
- The Chamber has kept among us standing armies standing armies of lobbyists armed with millions in campaign contributions to win the consent of our legislatures for their causes.
- The Chamber and King Tom ignore the threat of climate change which is polluting our seas, ravaging our coasts with unprecedented hurricanes, destroying our towns with mega storms, and threatening to destroy the livelihoods of our people.
- The Chamber has lobbied, and their Supreme Court has proclaimed, the right of corporations to speak as if individual citizens, effectively making our legislatures representatives of corporations and their CEOs, rather than the American people.
Patriotic members of the business community and the American public, cognizant that markets and history will judge harshly the actions of King Tom and The Chamber, have solemnly declared themselves free and independent of the Chamber, and said boldly:
“the U.S. Chamber does not represent me!”

Action Group Asks U of CA To Take Name Off US Chamber Medico-Legal Publication
“Changes in construction methods have caused US buildings to become perfect petri dishes for mold and bacteria to flourish when water is added. Instead of warning the public and teaching physicians that the buildings were causing illness; in 2003 the US Chamber of Commerce Institute for Legal Reform, a think-tank, and a workers comp physician trade organization mass marketed an unscientific nonsequitor to the courts to disclaim the adverse health effects to stave off liability for financial stakeholders of moldy buildings. Although publicly exposed many times over the years, the deceit lingers in US courts to this very day.” Sharon Noonan Kramer
