I had a serious mold problem in my apartment. Mold was growing in the air conditioning system and I suspect in the water! Management (Millie) was aware and their response was to try and wipe it off. The walls are paper thin. Other tenants let their dogs (some aggressive breeds) run loose on the property. Raleigh Police and even the US Marshalls were frequently at the complex.
