In her new role, Stephanie provides operational oversight for a portfolio of managed residential assets that includes more than 55,000 apartment units. The apartment communities are located in Colorado, Arizona, Texas, Louisiana and Nevada.

Stephanie is based in Greenwood Village, Colorado. She has more than 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry. She has been with Riverstone since its inception and previously served as Senior Vice President. Prior to joining Riverstone, she was with Trammell Crow Residential Services where she was instrumental in re-establishing market presence in Houston, Denver and Phoenix.
Stephanie is a graduate of the University of Texas, Austin. She is active in a number of industry organizations, including the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Joint Legislature Advisory Committee for Colorado. She also served on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Apartment Association and the Apartment Association of Metro Denver.
