This is a large corporation now, and they DO look at you as a number, NOT a person! Every time you try to get a hold of HR or Payroll it takes them several days to get back to you, you never get a real person. Benefits are expensive on the employees part and they take out 40% in taxes for our bonuses! And these are not quarterly bonuses, we get commission every pay check, they can categorize it as commission and not have so many taxes taken out. But then again, that would be thinking of the employee and apparently that’s difficult when a company is so large.
