To Riverstone Residential, the Louisiana Housing Finance Agency and all involved in continuing to allow people to be exposed to extreme amounts of mold toxins

A new year brings new photos from current tenants, new ethical attorneys, and new litigation.  Word is getting to current tenants at Jefferson Lakes Apartments.

I was to post new photos last week but took a break from posting for Christmas.  Most people could handle both but not me due to illnesses (daughter and her grandson also sick this Christmas) courtesy of Riverstone Residential.  With complete knowledge (inspection reports) of the toxic mold infested apartments at Jefferson Lakes, they exposed us and continue to expose others to an infestation of molds that have been growing in these apartments for years. To describe what that much mold is like coming from the HVAC system and breathing it in – it was like setting off a bug fogger and staying in the room.
